Tucson Yoga Membership Suspension

Membership Suspension Guidelines:
• Vacation period must be a minimum of 14 days.
• For partial months, you will be charged for a full month and will later receive a credit, pro-rated for the number of vacation days scheduled.
• Suspensions may only be made in advance, so if your vacation has already begun or is past, you will only receive a credit for the portion of your vacation that has not yet passed, if it meets the minimum 14-day requirement.
• This suspension form is only for those who are going on vacation, or going away for the summer, and who know the date they want to restart their membership. If your plans change you can always adjust your restart date.
• If you want to put your membership on hold indefinitely, and you're not sure when you'll want to restart it, then it's the same as cancelling the membership. You'll be able to start it up again anytime, with the initial two-months minimum requirement.
• Please allow up to 5 days for us to receive and process your request.
